Meet Judge Joanne Garcia Flores
Nearly four decades of service in justice, leadership, and community.
From helping run her father’s contracting business at age 11 to managing a multi-city law firm in Amarillo, McKinney, and Little Rock . Judge Joanne Garcia Flores has devoted her life to hard work and public service.
Encouraged by local leadership, she joined the Justice Courts as a clerk, advanced to Chief Court Administrator, and was later appointed Interim Justice of the Peace in Randall County Precinct 4.
